VirtualUA operates on the vAMSYS platform. All pilot accounts, operations, and flight tracking are managed through Phoenix and Pegasus.

Induction Process

What Happens After Registration

Registration

Complete registration via vAMSYS. Account creation is automatic; no manual staff approval is required to begin.

Phoenix Dashboard

Log into Phoenix to view your assigned routes, tours, and the current Focus City challenge.

Pegasus Flight Tracker

Download and set up Pegasus. This is required to track and log your flights correctly to the vUA system.

VUA Discord

Join our community Discord server for event coordination and critical operational announcements.

First Flight

Submit your first flight report in Phoenix within 14 days of registration to confirm your slot on the roster.

Entrance Requirements

  • Minimum 14 years of age
  • Registration using Real Name
  • Active email address
  • Legal copy of MSFS, P3D, or X-Plane
  • Respectful community conduct

Activity Standards

  • Initial: 1 flight within 14 days
  • Recurrent: 1 flight per month
  • LOA: Up to 180 days (365 for Military)
  • Returning: Do not re-register; use Help Desk

Transfer Hours

We credit experience from VATSIM, IVAO, and recognized VAs.

  • Max 150 transfer hours
  • Submit within 72h of registration
  • Open a Help Desk ticket to request
