Content posted is the sole responsibility of the individual. Collecting information from children under 14 is prohibited.
1. Platform Provider – vAMSYS
VirtualUA uses vAMSYS as its primary operational platform. Account management is governed by vAMSYS security practices.
2. Information Collected
Required data: Real Name and Active Email Address. VirtualUA does not host a standalone database outside vAMSYS.
3. Phoenix Dashboard
Allows pilots to manage participation, viewing schedules and flight history. No extra data is collected.
4. Pegasus Tracking System
Collects flight data (aircraft, route, performance) to validate logs. Some data may be visible to members.
5. Email Communications
Used solely for account and operational notices. We do not sell or distribute your email.
6. Third-Party Responsibility
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of vAMSYS, VATSIM, or flight sim software.
7. Data Security
Administrative measures protect user info. Access limited to authorized staff only.
8. Policy Acceptance
Participation constitutes acknowledgement of how info is collected and shared.
9. Changes to Policy
Updates will be posted at flyvua.org. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
